Returns Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a collection from your delivery address.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
  
• The item must be in its original packaging
  
• All tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact
  
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping & Collection

• For approved returns within the UAE, we will arrange a collection.
  
• For GCC and International orders, return shipping arrangements and costs may vary and will be communicated during the return approval process.
  

Return shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  
• Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
