Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing: info@bokkl.com. Please include your order number in your cancellation request.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will need to be handled as a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued in UAE Dirhams (AED) to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation due to product-specific restrictions or special offers and limited-time promotions. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.

- Cancellation requests are processed during business hours only (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UAE Time).
- BOKKL reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that are received after the order has been dispatched.
