Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Please include your order number in your cancellation request.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, the order will need to be handled as a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation due to:

  • Special offers or limited-time promotions
