All BOKKL products are physical goods sold exclusively through our online store at bokkl.com. Customised products (Build Your Own Bokkl) are made to your specifications and may have limited return eligibility as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payment is charged at the time of order placement. We do not store payment card information.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect fraud or where items are out of stock. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
