All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. All shipping charges are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Saturday in UAE) or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time: 2–3 business days

GCC Delivery

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. BOKKL is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
