Return Window: 30 days from date of delivery.

At BOKKL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Customised Products

Products customised through our "Build Your Own Bokkl" option are made to your personal specifications. These products are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to accept returns on customised products due to a change of mind, as these items are made uniquely for you.

Standard Return Window

We accept returns on standard (non-customised) products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a collection from your delivery address.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping & Collection

  • For approved returns within the UAE, we will arrange a collection at no cost to you if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • For GCC and International orders, return shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated during the return approval process.
  • Return shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact info@bokkl.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
